Ben's boot camp class is a mix of strong man, basic weight lifting & cross fit. A variety of exercises that will test your limits and test your body. All while transforming you, both mentally and physically. Come find your Inner Bad Ass. Clean shoes required.
Cardio Step is a fun, energetic cardio class that will have you sweating to the fun music while stepping up and out, in a simple follow the leader style. Strengthen and lean out your body plus burn the fat and your troubles away. All Fitness levels welcome. Go at your own speed. Bring clean shoes, water and a towel.
Shred is an all fitness level class.
First half of class is muscle conditioning. You chose the weight and intensity to match your ability and goals. Modifiers available. The 2nd half is cardio focused in kangoo jumps boots
(or your tennis shoes) No experience in rebounding that's alright we will work with it!
This is a strength & conditioning class.
Focus is on form with fun music in the background. Your heart rate is up and down throughout 1 hour class really kicking that metabolism into overdrive! RSVP today!

Zumba: (Cardio, Dance) A fun calorie-burning, cardio respiratory building dance based workout with distinct modern and latin vibes. Zumba is for EVERYbody! No coordination or dance background required. Just simply a space for you to shake it and have fun!
STRENGTH, CARDIO, CONDITIONING
Strength, Cardio, Conditioning. A full body, mid intensity, resistance training workout. Using dumbbells, body weight, barbells and more. Be amazed how the class will lead to increased muscular endurance while building lean muscle mass. Clean shoes required.
